There's lots of options for camping. On the way to the start you pass two forest service camgrounds(taneum and ice water creek) and the start/finsih is at the taneum junction campground-- all of these are pretty simple/basic camps. In Easton and Cle Elum there are state parks and commercial campgrounds too.
